Lee County Works is a program that was established by the Lee County Board of Supervisors to benefit not only the county but the community as well. This Program is an alternative to incarceration for non-violent offenders. We work closely with the Lee County Commonwealth's Attorney Office, and, at their discretion, enroll offenders who qualify for the program. The offender is placed on a job site based on their skills as determined at intake. They are required to work 30 hours per week until their sentence is over. Our office is located on the second floor, room 200A at the Lee County Courthouse.
